Requirements
- Bring strong, hands-on experience with Next.js and React.
- Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar daily as part of your development work.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Maintain full working-hours overlap with U.S. Eastern or Central time.
- Commit to exclusive, full-time work, with no concurrent clients or contracts.
- Have a track record of owning projects.
- Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the portal end to end, from the codebase to product direction.
- Build and release new features in collaboration with the CEO and web developer.
- Improve and refine the existing portal.
- Make technical decisions that shape the product.
- Explain technical decisions clearly to leadership.
- Work directly with the CEO on priorities and product direction.
