Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Have five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
- Have hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
- Have experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
- Have hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
- Have strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
- Be familiar with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
- Have experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
- Have working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- Have troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- PeopleSoft certifications are preferred.
- Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP integration experience, Fluid UI development exposure, Oracle DBA fundamentals, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customizations, integrations, and enhancements for PeopleSoft applications.
- Support enterprise PeopleSoft applications, including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.
- Own the technical implementation of business requirements.
- Partner closely with functional consultants.
- Ensure custom developments meet enterprise quality, security, and maintainability standards.
