Requirements
- Have 5–10 years of software testing experience, including manual and automation testing.
- Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including ERP/CRM testing; similar platforms are also mentioned as preferable.
- Have hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or similar.
- Understand software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Have experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
- Be familiar with performance testing concepts.
- Have experience working in agile environments.
- Be available to work 10 AM–6 PM AEST, Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing across web and application systems.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Perform API testing and validate system integrations.
- Maintain and update test documentation and reports.
- Contribute to test automation frameworks and improve testing efficiency.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA strategy discussions.
