Hold a Bachelor or Master degree.
Have ISTQB Foundation certification or a similar certification.
Have 3+ years of experience providing software quality assurance for medium-large sized development teams.
Have 3+ years of experience developing test automation frameworks or designing automated testing suites.
Have 3+ years of experience with regular release testing and clearance using Agile approaches such as SCRUM.
Have 3+ years of experience managing test code and definitions using Software Configuration Management and integrating testing and clearance processes with build tools such as Azure DevOps Services.
Have 1+ year of Git source-control experience, including branching and processing pull requests.
Have 3+ years of experience developing UI test automation with Selenium using C#/.NET.
Have 3+ years of experience supporting geographically and time-zone-distributed development teams, QA team members, and clients.
Be willing to work European office hours.
Be fluent in English.
Daily, hands-on experience writing test cases using Gherkin syntax is desirable.
Daily, hands-on experience testing software for PRINCE2-based projects is desirable.
Experience testing applications hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services is desirable.

Act as a QA focal point for development teams communicating with Quality Assurance Team members.
Support QA services and help improve their effectiveness.
Create, execute, automate, and manage test cases and test plans for existing and developed systems.
Test computer application systems and programs to support software development and new releases, using established team standards.
Participate in application specification, design, automation, and support from a quality assurance perspective.
Draft technical documentation, including test cases and user stories.
Maintain test and functional specifications for application systems, programs, and procedures.
Keep abreast of developments in quality assurance and propose new acquisitions as appropriate.
