Requirements
- Have 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Have 2–3 years of experience at a senior specialist level or equivalent experience preferred.
- Bring experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives; healthcare IT experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate experience partnering with Sales on aligned messaging, enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies.
- Understand integrated marketing campaigns, content strategy, and demand generation principles.
- Have experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing multiple complex projects.
- Demonstrate analytical skills, including measuring campaign performance and presenting results to leadership.
- Have an advanced understanding of marketing strategy, business planning, and market positioning.
- Have advanced MS Office Suite skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive marketing initiatives for business units and solution teams in alignment with organizational growth objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns with business unit leadership.
- Partner with Sales to align marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging with client needs.
- Coordinate with Creative, Communications, and Marketing Operations to execute campaigns, develop content, and optimize performance.
- Create and manage presentations, sales collateral, customer communications, digital content, and campaign materials.
- Project-manage concurrent initiatives, timelines, deliverables, and business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and marketing results to business unit leadership.
- Recommend actions based on campaign performance, market trends, and stakeholder feedback.
