Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on agile projects.
- Experience supporting internet or mobile banking initiatives.
- Understanding of agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Experience with BPMN process mapping, user story writing, and backlog management.
- Familiarity with APIs, mobile and web technologies, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Data analysis and visualization skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies such as BABOK.
- Experience producing requirements and process deliverables, including BRDs, use cases, user stories, and process maps.
- Familiarity with process mapping and modeling tools such as Visio.
- Preferred certifications include CSM, CSPO, IIBA-AAC, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
Responsibilities
- Gather, refine, and prioritize user stories and requirements with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Analyze digital banking processes, identify pain points, and recommend enhancements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and validate solutions against business and customer needs.
- Develop stakeholder maps and communication plans, and liaise between business and technical teams.
- Support test planning and execution, including user acceptance testing, and help resolve issues during sprints.
- Maintain agile documentation and facilitate training and onboarding for systems and processes.
- Analyze data to inform decisions and measure project success.
- Use agile metrics and feedback to support continuous improvement.
