Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent written English and the ability to communicate naturally, clearly, and professionally.
- Have strong writing and editing skills and the ability to adapt to an established brand voice.
- Show exceptional attention to detail.
- Have strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Be able to manage multiple deadlines, events, communications, and priorities simultaneously.
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Take a proactive approach and identify what needs to happen.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and an interest in building relationships.
- Be comfortable communicating with entrepreneurs, founders, executives, and senior professionals.
- Use sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
- Be comfortable using AI tools in everyday work and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Communicate openly when blocked or when an issue needs additional attention.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the community content and communications calendar.
- Write, edit, review, and send member communications and email campaigns.
- Select audience segments and track campaign performance.
- Coordinate virtual and occasional in-person events from planning through execution.
- Manage event registration pages, reminders, logistics, and event-day support.
- Coordinate speakers and workshops, including scheduling and run-of-show preparation.
- Manage program communications, including applications, deadlines, participant updates, and waitlists.
- Monitor community conversations, identify recurring themes and opportunities, and encourage participation.
- Provide first-line community moderation and escalate issues when needed.
- Review campaign and event results and recommend improvements.
