Job Details

Languages: C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED. The selected candidate will be speaking strictly in English during their whole shift.
Required Skills: RESTful APIsHubSpot

Proven background in RevOps, CRM architecture, and lifecycle workflow design.
Experience with Close, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel.
Experience connecting systems using APIs and webhooks.
Experience with automation engines such as Make or n8n.
Proficiency shipping working tools using Lovable, Claude, or Open Code.
Ability to distinguish simple automation from a full AI agent.
Prioritize data quality, security, and cost-efficiency in system design.
Ability to scope an MVP from loosely defined problems, build and ship it, and drive internal adoption independently.
C1 English proficiency and full availability during US Pacific Time hours.
Loan origination, real estate finance, or private money lending experience is preferred.

Map workflows across sales, processing, and closing, and audit CRM, LOS platforms, and ad attribution.
Redesign operational infrastructure to support growth from 15 to 50 deals per month.
Prototype internal tools and interfaces using low-code/no-code tools, APIs, webhooks, and AI-assisted development environments.
Build a centralized, searchable database of lender guidelines, rate sheets, overlays, and checklists.
Clean Close CRM data, automate lead scoring, and build sizing and pricing tools.
Standardize qualification gates between sales, setup, and processing.
Develop internal condition-clearing copilots.
Build lender-matching logic and real-time deal-health dashboards.
Incrementally deploy grounded AI agents with human-in-the-loop approvals.
