SalaryThe annual base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$185,000. In addition to an annual base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus target. This is a discretionary bonus awarded based on company and individual goal achievement.

Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a software development team.
- Bring experience working with Java and/or .NET platforms.
- Have experience with modern CI/CD development practices.
- Understand software development lifecycle practices, resource planning, capacity management, and delivery execution.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and timelines and drive initiatives through completion.
- Have experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other technical teams.
- Be proficient with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in a SaaS, enterprise technology, or cloud-based environment is preferred.
- Experience with Angular, JavaScript, JQuery, or related technologies is desired.
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, or cloud transformation initiatives is desired.
- Experience with AI-enabled development tools or AI-driven engineering practices is desired.
- Experience working with the Accela Civic Platform is desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development teams through technical design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing delivery.
- Manage development work and priorities in Jira, coordinating requirements, timelines, and dependencies with Product Management.
- Align resources and schedules across teams, identify capacity needs, and address gaps or conflicts.
- Partner with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Quality Assurance, Cloud Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to development roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and tracking mechanisms for progress, issues, dependencies, and risks.
- Promote AI adoption and AI-driven development practices to improve engineering productivity, quality, and effectiveness.
- Maintain consistent development practices, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across assigned teams.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to developers.
- Manage competing priorities and support delivery of initiatives aligned with product and organizational objectives.
