Requirements

  • Previous experience in talent coordination, recruitment administration, hiring coordination or recruitment operations.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, particularly when communicating directly with candidates.
  • A proactive approach, including following up on outstanding information without constant direction.
  • Good technical confidence and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience with Google Workspace / G Suite is highly desirable.
  • Experience using an ATS or recruitment platform such as Ashby is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates, interviews and priorities simultaneously.
  • A professional and candidate-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently once initial onboarding is complete.
  • Availability to work full-time hours aligned with the UK working day.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure they progress through the correct stages.
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout their recruitment journey.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate diaries across multiple stakeholders.
  • Confirm candidate attendance and follow up where required.
  • Chase interviewer feedback and ensure it is recorded accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline information across recruitment systems.
  • Provide general recruitment administration and coordination support.
  • Respond to candidate queries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Identify potential process delays and proactively follow them up.
  • Support the wider talent team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
