Job Details

Have proven change management experience within large international organizations.
Have experience supporting digital workplace, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs.
Understand Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS Cloud, or similar environments.
Know change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or ACMP.
Have experience conducting change impact assessments and organizational readiness activities.
Be able to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Have strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Use a data-driven approach and have experience using KPIs to measure change adoption and effectiveness.
Have professional proficiency in English at minimum C1 level.

Drive and implement change management initiatives supporting large digital workplace transformations.
Evaluate the business impact of upcoming changes and assess organizational preparedness for adoption.
Plan and align change activities across technology releases and implementation waves.
Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to foster engagement and sponsorship.
Address adoption barriers and develop strategies to increase employee engagement with new solutions.
Design and monitor metrics related to user adoption, change effectiveness, and business readiness.
Provide progress updates to governance and program leadership teams.
Work with cross-functional teams in a complex global environment to support implementation.
