- Have a track record of delivering large-scale projects from start to finish.
- Have leadership experience managing teams of 25+ professionals.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in multi-vendor environments.
- Have expertise in project planning, reporting, and risk and issue management.
- Have stakeholder management skills.
- Hold an active PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- Hold a Microsoft Project certification.
- Hands-on SAP HANA experience is highly desirable.
