Job Details

Have experience in software testing, test coordination, QA, or IT project environments.
Have practical experience with SAP Solution Manager, preferably within Test Management.
Understand the software testing lifecycle, testing methodologies, test levels, and test types.
Have experience with test planning, test execution, and defect management.
Understand requirements traceability and test documentation.
Have knowledge of functional, integration, system, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Understand testing approaches used in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
Be familiar with risk-based and requirements-based testing.
Have good coordination and organisational skills and a structured, proactive, quality-focused working style.
Have good stakeholder communication skills.
Have English at B2 level or above.
SAP transformation or implementation project experience, SAP S/4HANA project experience, and ISTQB Foundation or another relevant testing certification are nice to have.

Support the preparation and coordination of test plans and testing activities.
Coordinate test execution, test sessions, resources, and test environments.
Prepare and maintain test specifications and test cases.
Maintain and update the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Monitor defined test entry and exit criteria.
Coordinate testers and support them during test execution.
Track defects from identification through resolution and verification.
Monitor test progress, open issues, risks, and dependencies, and prepare status updates.
Support preparation of Test Summary Reports, RTM, and Validation Reports.
Use SAP Solution Manager for test planning, execution, traceability, and defect management.
