Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Test Management, QA Management, or Software Test Leadership.
- Have proven experience owning end-to-end software testing activities.
- Know software testing methodologies, test strategies, and QA best practices.
- Have experience defining functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing approaches.
- Have experience adapting testing methodologies to Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments.
- Understand risk-based testing, requirements-based testing, and test prioritisation.
- Have experience defining test strategy, planning, execution, governance, quality gates, and test entry and exit criteria.
- Have experience coordinating multiple testing streams, teams, or Test Coordinators.
- Have strong knowledge of defect management and requirements traceability.
- Have experience in complex enterprise software and IT system landscapes, with project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Be able to report to senior stakeholders and proactively address risks, dependencies, and testing bottlenecks.
- Have English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall software test strategy, methodology, approach, and test planning.
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end test execution across multiple systems and project workstreams.
- Define test levels, test types, and testing approaches based on project scope, risks, and business requirements.
- Manage test resources, sessions, systems, and test environments.
- Define and oversee test specifications and test cases, and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
- Set and monitor test entry and exit criteria, quality gates, and readiness criteria.
- Lead Test Coordinators and support testing teams during execution.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, prioritisation, resolution, verification, triage, and escalation.
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, blockers, and quality indicators; report status to project management and senior stakeholders.
- Prepare and review test and validation reports, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support QA governance and PMO activities.
