Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, Change Management, or IT Business Partnering.
- Have experience working in a complex, global matrix organization.
- Have experience with large-scale enterprise software or digital workplace migrations, ideally involving Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar cloud productivity platforms.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Have experience managing complex project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Be able to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Have experience with monday.com or similar project tracking and collaboration tools.
- Have a strong understanding of change management and business continuity in technology transformation projects.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Lead and align MOVE RDT DIA Business Partners across sub-domains to meet shared transition targets.
- Evaluate dependencies involving legacy workflows, custom databases, and shared sites to determine cohort migration timing.
- Communicate operational risks as clear business impacts and choices to senior steering committees.
- Work with central technology and migration leads to deploy software smoothly and eliminate business downtime.
