Requirements
- Have 8–10 years of technical programme or project management experience.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a managed services or platform operations environment.
- Bring experience managing complex, multi-workstream software delivery programmes in a client-facing role.
- Understand agile delivery practices, backlog management, and sprint-based execution.
- Have experience with client tooling environments, including Jira and Confluence, and maintaining delivery transparency.
- Have experience managing SLA-driven service delivery with formal governance and reporting.
- Payments, fintech, or regulated platform experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing transitions or service takeovers from incumbent providers is highly desirable.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day programme delivery across the Transition and Steady State phases, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and SLAs are met.
- Maintain weekly operations reviews, monthly service reviews, and quarterly business reviews with client stakeholders.
- Manage the RAID log, escalation process, and change request pipeline, tracking and resolving risks and issues within agreed timelines.
- Manage backlog prioritisation with the client's Programme Manager.
- Coordinate the on-call rota, incident escalation, and release management across the pod.
- Produce weekly operations, monthly service, and annual productivity reports.
- Manage relationships across the client's programme, operations, and technical teams.
