Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience managing IT projects.
- Have practical knowledge of Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Have experience working with clients in an Agile model and with time & material billing.
- Understand eCommerce software.
- Have experience managing project teams of more than 5 people.
- Be able to manage project budgets, timelines, and scope.
- Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate by email and phone.
- Experience with Shopify, Odoo, or related systems is an additional asset.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects, primarily eCommerce projects and related infrastructure such as OMS, PIM, and ERP.
- Organize the work of project teams including designers, developers, and testers.
- Deliver projects while managing quality, budget, and timelines.
- Manage projects in Jira and participate in improving management systems.
- Work with clients and partners during implementations and guide clients through project delivery.
- Contribute to company product development and define goals for teams.
