Requirements
- Have a proven track record as a Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or Project Manager within infrastructure / DevOps projects.
- Have hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
- Have practical experience working within a SCRUM framework.
- Have experience handling incident management processes.
- Have experience collaborating with international and distributed teams.
- Be fluent in English for daily communication.
- Bring a high level of independence, proactivity, and initiative.
- Be open to leveraging AI tools to enhance daily engineering and managerial workflows.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead quarterly planning.
- Run sprint planning sessions with the team, establish timelines, and manage stakeholder communication.
- Ensure every initiative, epic, and task is reflected, tracked, and maintained in JIRA.
- Handle incoming requests from studios following meetings and coordinate initiatives.
- Manage recurring incidents by collecting, coordinating, and reporting on action items derived from postmortems.
- Lead weekly SOS (System of Systems) meetings.
- Report on achievements and successful milestones.
- Actively push best-effort tasks within the Tech Ops team.
