Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software focused on large accounts.
  • Strong hands-on JavaScript experience in a professional environment, especially debugging or building integrations.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and other web services.
  • Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern API architectures.
  • Experience with at least one supported SDK language is preferred: Go, Node.js, Python, PHP, C#, or Java.
  • Experience deploying serverless functions or using cloud platforms such as Cloudflare Workers or AWS Lambda for API integrations is a bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with macOS and comfort working remotely with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
  • Minimal travel to visit customers on site is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical resource for large customers, guiding product deployment, integration, and optimization.
  • Lead technical onboarding for new strategic customers.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot enterprise customer issues.
  • Represent customer needs internally and work with teams to support customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with clients to align the product roadmap with their priorities and drive adoption.
  • Capture feedback on performance and feature needs and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
  • Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and usage data, create reports, and translate findings into recommendations.
