Responsibilities
- Create short-form video ads for performance marketing campaigns based on briefs, references, and creative concepts.
- Create animations using typography, UI elements, graphics, product assets, and other visual materials.
- Adapt and iterate creatives for different concepts, formats, audiences, and placements.
- Handle standard creative production tasks independently.
- Work closely with Creative Marketing Managers and other Motion Designers.
- Implement feedback and improve the quality and speed of your work.
- Analyze references and advertising trends to develop your visual and creative skills.
- Participate in creative discussions and gradually contribute your own ideas.
