Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business analytics.
- Experience with a scripting language such as Python or R.
- Experience building SQL queries.
- Experience with Excel.
- PowerBI, Tableau, and DAX are nice-to-haves.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop analytics models and tooling to optimize inventory levels and procurement.
- Oversee and enhance tools including Supply Chain Dashboard, FC PDR, and FC WBR.
- Develop tools for new business pursuits and advancing current operations.
- Automate tools, reduce errors, and support full-scale automation.
- Monitor inventory levels and performance using advanced data analytics.
- Develop predictive analytics models to support key inventory metrics more than a year in advance.
- Provide data-driven insights and tools for ad hoc inventory decisions.
- Optimize fulfillment center labor planning and operations through analytics and stakeholder collaboration.
- Predict and surface daily fulfillment center metrics such as OTS and labor spend.
- Mentor entry-level analytics professionals.
