Responsibilities
- Greet patients and represent the Virtual Care platform.
- Answer patient calls courteously and professionally.
- Provide patients with solutions to their inquiries.
- Maintain patient accounts and information.
- Coordinate patient scheduling with the medical team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other Customer Service Representatives.
