Requirements
- Have proven experience as a Product Manager leading initiatives from problem discovery through launch and measurement.
- Demonstrate strong product judgment: analyze ambiguous problems, evaluate options, recommend priorities, and explain decisions.
- Have experience working with Engineering and Design on digital products involving complex processes and integrations.
- Combine data, research, and customer feedback when making product decisions.
- Communicate clearly and align teams with different needs and goals.
- Drive initiatives autonomously, resolve blockers, and adjust course as new information becomes available.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned product initiatives, set priorities, make scope decisions, and evaluate results.
- Investigate customer needs and business problems using data, research, feedback, and conversations with involved teams.
- Define problems, desired outcomes, and success measures before moving toward solutions.
- Evaluate options and trade-offs across customer impact, business value, risk, operational needs, and implementation effort.
- Work with Design and Engineering to shape solutions and guide them through development and launch.
- Align Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Data on decisions affecting each initiative.
- Measure results after launch and improve the product based on what you learn.
