Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in product management.
- Experience with case management and customer service intake channels.
- Expertise in design, product development, and strategic planning.
- Experience researching customer and market requirements and developing short- and long-term product roadmaps and plans.
- Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a story backlog.
- Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations.
- Track record of collaborating with engineering and QA to define, design, and deliver products.
- Experience with data modeling (ERDs) and Lucidchart.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Must be based in a region in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
- Figma experience and Medical Information experience are nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, define, and configure Veeva MedInquiry, and validate solutions rapidly.
- Author and design product specifications and communicate actionable requirements to engineering teammates.
- Create and manage the roadmap for the product area.
- Collaborate with customers, sales, and consulting to develop product definitions, solution maps, and roadmaps.
- Track Medical Information software and Life Sciences industry trends and translate them into product requirements.
- Work with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to build solutions across Veeva applications.
- Design, implement, and iterate on product capabilities.
