Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Agency experience and experience working with enterprise clients are preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape and client management.
- Hands-on experience managing organic social media; paid social media expertise is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with community management, strategic planning, and reporting.
- Experience with Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout is preferred.
- Strong project management and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
- A background in Social, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Public Affairs, or a related field is preferred; equivalent related experience is also considered.
- Willingness and ability to travel for onsite client visits as required, with valid travel documents.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal record check.
- Access to a desktop computer or laptop meeting minimum system requirements, high-speed internet of at least 30 mb/s, and a headset/mic and webcam.
Responsibilities
- Manage major brand and Fortune 1000 accounts as a primary client contact, working with senior client stakeholders.
- Grow the value and long-term value of assigned accounts.
- Deliver client reviews, status meetings, and presentations, and update clients on products and services.
- Advise clients on social media strategy in partnership with Strategy and Insights teams.
- Support the setup and implementation of social media projects.
- Keep Salesforce opportunities and projects up to date, and work on proposals and statements of work.
- Partner with client agencies, including media, creative, and PR agencies.
- Contribute to new business pitches and work with senior management to shape the strategic offering.
