Requirements
- Have post-qualification accounting experience.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Be available in the EMEA timezone.
- Write and speak fluent English.
- Demonstrate experience using core finance systems; SAP or similar is a bonus.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
- Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and financial analysis skills.
- Have good time management and the ability to meet constant deadlines.
- Be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work with little to no supervision.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrate strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
Responsibilities
- Post transactions in SAP.
- Close and reconcile AP, AR, fixed asset, bank, and intercompany sub-ledgers.
- Record and reconcile payroll for various countries.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support variance analysis preparation.
- Ensure portfolio filings, including VAT returns, statutory financial documents, and CIT returns, are completed and filed according to local legislation and timelines.
- Perform analysis and contribute to other projects as requested.
- Support statutory close and financial statement preparation.
