Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Have 7+ years of proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and finance operations.
Have knowledge of IFRS.
Have experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Have experience supporting ERP implementations, finance transformation initiatives, or finance system enhancement projects.
Have strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
Bring attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI is highly advantageous.
A professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
Experience in a multi-entity and international environment is beneficial.

Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including journal postings, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Prepare management reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support management decision-making.
Analyze financial performance and trends and provide insights and conclusions.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate and resolve outstanding items.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Assist with group consolidation activities and group-level reporting.
Support ERP and finance system implementation, enhancement, testing, process design, and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Improve finance processes, internal controls, and Standard Operating Procedures, and contribute to process automation and efficiency improvements.
