Requirements
- Associate degree, preferably in Computer/Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
- Foundational knowledge of ETL processes, SQL querying, sFTP servers, and file path navigation.
- Ability to navigate Linux/Mac OS and Windows file paths.
- Experience writing scripts using SQL.
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, SFTP clients, and API testing tools.
- Previous experience in data analysis, integration, or technical support roles.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills for diagnosing data issues.
- Customer support and interpersonal skills, with verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Resolve SIS-to-product integration issues, write and update extract scripts, and configure import processes.
- Execute database updates, merges, deletions, and imports within established parameters while maintaining data integrity.
- Conduct quality-control checks, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data errors caused by integration failures.
- Respond to escalated data support cases and provide guidance on ETL processes and data specifications.
- Provide customers with clear status updates on issue resolution.
- Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to address data integration challenges and business-rule requirements.
