Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience building modern web applications with React.js.
- Have 5+ years of experience building backend services with Node.js.
- Demonstrate strong TypeScript skills and experience with HTML5, CSS3, and advanced CSS selectors.
- Have hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager; this is strongly preferred.
- Have experience implementing tracking with Facebook Pixel, Segment.io, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Understand event tracking, analytics implementation, and martech integrations.
- Have experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
- Bring practical AWS experience and an Agile/SCRUM background.
- Have proven experience building or scaling eCommerce platforms and a strong grasp of shopper journeys, CRO, and CX.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Build new solutions and improve existing systems for scalability, maintainability, performance, and reliability.
- Partner with Product, UX, Marketing, Data, and Engineering to improve the shopper journey and conversion.
- Implement and maintain tracking with tools such as GTM, Facebook Pixel, and Segment.io.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation with Growth and Marketing.
- Participate in architecture discussions and propose solutions to improve quality, velocity, and business outcomes.
- Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and implementation guidelines.
- Advocate for engineering practices including code reviews, security, performance, and reducing technical debt within Agile/CI-CD workflows.
