Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience building complex, high-performing web applications.
- Have deep expertise in React and JavaScript ES6/TypeScript.
- Understand web performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Have a track record of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively.
- UX/UI design sensibilities and experience collaborating with design teams are preferred.
- Functional programming experience is preferred.
- Experience with AI tools such as Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop well-designed, testable, and scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
- Explore and integrate AI tools to streamline development and improve user engagement.
- Deliver new features and optimize existing experiences within an agile workflow.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
- Write and maintain unit tests and automated test suites.
- Partner with product, design, and back-end engineering to ship end-to-end features.
- Stay current with front-end engineering, design patterns, and AI-driven development.
