Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Production experience with React, Node, JavaScript, and C#.
- Experience developing for a multi-tenant cloud environment such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Gitflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, including GitHub Actions.
- Experience designing and developing large, horizontally scalable, high-transaction-volume systems.
- Experience using JIRA, Notion, and other project management tools in a production environment.
- BS or greater, preferably in a science or engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to innovate, plan, and execute autonomously.
- Strong critical-thinking and project-management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and contribute to the evolution of the React codebase.
- Collaborate with the external Unity game development team to integrate with the multiplayer gaming platform.
- Initiate, design, and build an API for player data management.
- Work with the crypto services team on secure, speedy player transactions.
- Identify technical issues and contribute to technical briefs.
- Provide insights to the leadership team and help maintain game quality.
- Support MixMob's CI/CD pipelines when required.
- Attract, interview, and recruit engineers.
- Provide technical leadership through software development, code reviews, automated testing, and scheduling.
- Review technical designs and maintain scalable architecture, code, and unit-test quality.
