Job Details

Bring professional experience or practical training in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or a closely related technical area; practical training may be considered for junior-level candidates.
Have solid knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals, including DNS, HTTP, TLS, and certificates.
Have hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
Have experience with Kubernetes; expected autonomy and complexity vary by seniority.
Have experience with Git and CI/CD platforms, particularly GitLab or similar technologies.
Be familiar with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, or comparable tools.
Be able to script or program using Python, Shell, or similar languages.
Have experience with at least one cloud environment, such as OCI, AWS, or an equivalent platform.
Use AI tools regularly in day-to-day technical operations.
Maintain technical records and evidence, and remain calm and focused during critical incidents.

Execute and coordinate production changes, client-specific deployments, and version upgrades, with planning, rollback procedures, and documented evidence.
Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters, troubleshooting pods, probes, capacity, autoscaling, and upgrades.
Maintain GitOps deployment workflows and database migration processes using tools such as Flyway.
Respond to technical incidents and customer support requests, investigate root causes, and implement remediation.
Maintain certificates, DNS, ingress, and platform components including Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, and MinIO.
Manage identities and access across tools such as Keycloak, Rancher, GitLab, and VPN environments, following approval and least-privilege practices.
Remediate security vulnerabilities and move sensitive credentials and secrets into appropriate vaulting solutions.
Automate recurring operational activities and standardize environments; improve monitoring and alerting.
Monitor cluster-level costs and identify rightsizing opportunities in support of FinOps initiatives.
Document technical decisions, operational procedures, runbooks, incident resolutions, and implemented changes.
