Requirements

  • Have proven experience delivering or managing delivery within a complex, multi-workstream program, with accountability for outcomes.
  • Have hands-on experience planning releases or workstreams from initiation, including baselining scope, sequencing activities, and establishing delivery structures.
  • Have strong experience with active RAID management, including assigning ownership, escalating, and resolving issues.
  • Have strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps at a configuration level, including boards, workflows, dashboards, and delivery tooling.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage dependencies across concurrent releases and identify interdependencies and constraints early.
  • Have experience leading a small team, setting quality standards, and developing junior analysts or coordinators.
  • Be proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI or equivalent reporting and analytics tools.
  • Have experience using or developing fluency with AI-assisted tools for reporting, insights, and reducing manual effort in delivery workflows.
  • Demonstrate stakeholder engagement, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work amid ambiguity and evolving processes.
  • Be able to obtain or maintain Reliability-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Replan active releases when scope, timelines, or resourcing change, and lead initial planning and baselining for new releases.
  • Design and operationalize delivery infrastructure, including status reporting, RAID management, dependency tracking, and Azure DevOps tooling.
  • Own weekly status reporting and synthesize release and workstream information into leadership-ready reporting packs.
  • Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions by assigning ownership, escalating appropriately, and driving timely resolution.
  • Manage dependencies across concurrent releases and workstreams, anticipating blockers and working with Release PMs and workstream leads to resolve constraints.
  • Oversee Azure DevOps environment configuration, including boards, workflows, dashboards, and delivery tooling.
  • Lead a small team of analysts by setting quality expectations, supporting development, and overseeing day-to-day execution.
  • Partner with Release PMs and workstream leads to address constraints and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Build and improve processes, systems, and operating practices in an early-stage program environment.
