Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 6+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years’ work experience, including 3+ years related to clinical trials.
- Experience working directly with external stakeholders in a clinical research environment, such as sponsors, sites, vendors, CRO partners, clients, or other study partners.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and methodical, and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, plan, and be proactive.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including providing operational support and conflict resolution.
- Computer literacy, including Excel and Office; experience with clinical software is preferable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- CRA/CRO experience is a plus.
- Project Management or service-related industry experience is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute tasks in line with company SOPs and agreed regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records, update applicable trackers in real time, and manage high-volume emails and site communications.
- Support Rater Services Managers on assigned tasks with minimal oversight.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sites, raters, and CROs from study start-up through close-out.
- Drive project activities and deliver client deliverables on time.
- Provide operational support to site-level staff throughout the study lifecycle.
- Manage and track phase I–III clinical trial activities against the project SOW.
- Communicate key project deliverables proactively to the study PM, sponsor, or Rater Training Lead.
- Assume a Rater Training Lead role for small to medium-sized studies.
- Coordinate consultant (LEAD) communications and scheduling.
