Requirements
- Have 3+ years of back-end experience with one or more object-oriented programming languages, such as Java or Kotlin.
- Be proficient with modern web standards and technologies, including React, TypeScript, REST, or GraphQL.
- Be proficient with traditional databases and alternative data stores.
- Have experience delivering high-quality, reliable services to production.
- Have experience with distributed systems, enterprise messaging systems, and/or microservices.
- Value precision and correctness in calculations that determine employee pay.
- Have excellent cross-team communication skills on complex technical topics.
Responsibilities
- Develop robust and scalable full-stack software applications with Design, Product, and engineering teammates.
- Design, build, and maintain high-performing, flexible, and scalable solutions for restaurants.
- Provide design feedback and participate in code reviews to ensure implementations meet requirements.
- Participate in architectural discussions and influence the technical roadmap.
- Use AI tools to enhance development workflows and explore approaches to building software.
