Job Details

Have a track record of leading delivery and shaping design within a team.
Have built and operated production services and APIs.
Have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS or Google Cloud, especially containerized workloads; AWS is preferred.
Use AI coding agents effectively and exercise judgment about when to use them.
Demonstrate advanced problem-solving and communication skills.
Be comfortable working directly with stakeholders.
Nice to have: experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompting, retrieval/RAG, evaluations, agents, or MCP.
Nice to have: familiarity with AWS Bedrock or other model-hosting platforms.
Nice to have: experience with infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK.
Nice to have: frontend development experience with TypeScript and React.
Nice to have: document-processing, OCR, or data-extraction experience.

Lead delivery of secure, high-quality, performant code.
Build reusable solutions for others to use.
Define engineering patterns, run design reviews, and shape architecture.
Design core capabilities and APIs for products, along with lightweight interfaces such as web interfaces and browser extensions.
Improve testing, automation, and code delivery.
Strengthen security, performance, and reliability.
Lead root-cause analysis on production issues.
Mentor other engineers on the team.
