Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
- Uncover potential savings and coverage gaps for customers.
- Explain policy details and coverage choices in clear terms.
- Build tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners.
- Finalize customer coverage.
- Address customer concerns and hesitation with empathy.
- Share customer feedback with the product team to help refine the app and services.
