Job Details

Have 4 to 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house technical recruiting.
Demonstrate strong sourcing capability for engineering, data, or security candidates in competitive markets.
Have experience partnering with senior technical stakeholders to shape hiring decisions.
Understand technical roles and disciplines, including Full Stack or Backend skill sets.
Have experience negotiating offers and managing candidate relationships through final stages.
Use recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions and recommend process improvements.
Bring a candidate-first approach focused on empathy, transparency, and consistent communication.
Preferred: experience recruiting in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth technology environments.
Preferred: experience in an embedded or client lead recruiting model.
Preferred: familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and building diverse technical pipelines.
Preferred: success improving recruiting programs or playbooks.

Own full-cycle recruiting for GenSWE roles, from sourcing and outreach through final rounds and offer close.
Build, manage, and nurture diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and market research.
Advise hiring managers with data, market insights, and structured feedback to guide decisions.
Lead candidate debriefs and manage closing strategies.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve funnel conversion and efficiency.
Collaborate with sourcers, coordinators, and cross-functional partners to deliver a consistent candidate experience.
Represent Plaid’s culture and mission throughout the recruiting process.
