Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- 10 to 12 years of experience.
- 10+ years of combined selling and sales leadership experience in the SaaS, Technology, or Data & Analytics industry.
- Demonstrated original thought in business plan development and successful execution against plans.
- Proven success driving new and existing multimillion-dollar engagements in complex, changing environments.
- Ability to manage and develop a team focused on goals, preparedness, and personal growth.
- Ability to assess client business processes, organizations, and technology, and prioritize growth opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written business communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel beyond city limits for business.
Responsibilities
- Lead Account Executives in driving year-over-year sales growth aligned with Business Unit goals and strategies.
- Lead quarterly account planning with Account Executives and sales support team members, and evaluate the feasibility of account plans.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales goals with company objectives.
- Execute value-based solution-selling strategies and support a consultative sales culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers.
- Measure Account Executive performance against benchmarks and ensure key metrics in Salesforce.com are properly measured.
- Coach Account Executives through sales calls and develop career plans that identify areas for growth.
- Work with the team to expand relationships with C-level and senior client stakeholders.
