Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience developing web applications, APIs, and SaaS products.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of SOLID and Domain-Driven Design principles.
- Focus on clean, maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, and React.
- Experience with Entity Framework, NHibernate, or comparable ORM frameworks.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and modern development and delivery practices.
- Strong experience with SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Experience with RabbitMQ or comparable messaging technologies.
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or similar container orchestration environments.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SDLC practices, and technical debt management.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including conducting and communicating root cause analyses.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or university qualification in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong mentoring, collaboration, ownership, and technical leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Propose, review, and own EPIC-level technical designs aligned with product objectives.
- Contribute to development standards, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior and intermediate developers.
- Conduct root cause analyses and contribute to long-term corrective actions.
- Apply SDLC best practices, design patterns, SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, and clean-code practices.
- Translate Product Owner priorities and product vision into technical solutions.
- Identify technical debt and help evaluate and prioritize remediation initiatives.
- Participate in recruitment and second-stage technical interviews when required.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry practices for opportunities to improve the technology landscape.
- Collaborate with development and product stakeholders on delivery and continuous improvement.
