Job Details

Experience: 2-5 years of previous administrative, legal, and/or compliance related experience required.
Required Skills: Microsoft ExcelData entry

High school diploma or GED required.
2-5 years of administrative, legal, and/or compliance-related experience required.
Customer service and/or personnel support experience required.
Computer proficiency, including the ability to work across multiple screens.
Experience or proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database software.
Ability to understand the Independent Contractor relationship.
Ability to handle repetitive details and routine responsibilities.
Quantitative and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization.
Ability to lift 25 pounds on occasion.
Ability to work overtime as necessary.
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
Compliance and/or legal certificates preferred.

Process required Independent Contractor paperwork and maintain accurate departmental records.
Review new contractor requests, contracts, and supporting documentation for compliance with company and legal standards.
Run and analyze MVR reports and background checks for potential and existing Independent Contractors.
Follow up with Operations Managers about missing or illegible contracting paperwork.
Assist the Operations team with contracting issues and questions about contracting processes.
Enter Independent Contractor data into industry-specific software and assign vendor numbers to new contractors.
Respond to Independent Contractor inquiries about driver opportunities, contracting requirements, and related issues.
Prepare requested reports and analyses, and maintain and file Independent Contractor records.
