Requirements
- Have 4+ years of Project Management experience.
- Have proven experience leading projects from initial request through implementation.
- Have experience working in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users.
- Have experience managing digital products, SaaS, technology, or AI-related projects.
- Have experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes.
- Have hands-on experience analyzing and improving business workflows beyond development processes and default SDLC processes.
- Be fluent in English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
- Business Analysis or Product Management background is a plus.
- Proficiency with no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects across departments, ensuring goals are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Analyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable project requirements.
- Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, report progress, present results, and manage expectations.
- Organize cross-functional business and technical teams, including scope, priorities, and backlog.
- Lead implementation and change management, supporting stakeholder engagement and adoption.
- Coordinate the integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions.
