Have 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, ideally supporting product engineering teams.
Have hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, self-hosted runner architectures, and provisioning runners with Terraform.
Have practical knowledge of JFrog Platform, including Artifactory and Xray; Curation is desirable.
Be familiar with container registries such as GHCR or GitHub Packages and Helm chart repositories such as ChartMuseum on S3.
Have experience with GitOps continuous delivery using ArgoCD; Argo Rollouts experience is desirable.
Have strong Kubernetes configuration management skills with Helm and Kustomize.
Have solid Terraform and Terragrunt experience, including designing and using shared modules.
Have experience with Crossplane or a comparable Kubernetes-native control-plane approach.
Have experience building or operating a developer portal or software catalogue such as Backstage, Cortex, or Port.
Have hands-on experience enforcing Kubernetes policy as code with Kyverno and/or Open Policy Agent.
Be familiar with Knative or similar Kubernetes-native serverless or eventing frameworks.
Have experience building, hardening, and optimizing container images.
Have working knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager, exposure to Datadog and/or VictoriaLogs/VictoriaMetrics, and practical OpenTelemetry experience.
Be comfortable in Linux/Unix environments, have scripting ability in Bash, Python, or Go, and have strong Git fundamentals.

Own and evolve the self-hosted GitHub Actions runner fleet, including Linux and macOS runners and Terraform modules for provisioning and scaling infrastructure.
Right-size runner classes against workload profiles and support teams in understanding and managing their job resource usage.
Support migration from GitHub-hosted runners and investigate macOS virtualization performance issues.
Administer JFrog Platform repositories, access controls, vulnerability scanning policies, and dependency curation.
Operate ChartMuseum on S3 and define container image ownership boundaries and build optimization practices.
Operate ArgoCD and Argo Rollouts environments and provide Helm charts, Kustomize overlays, and golden-path templates.
Design and maintain Terraform and Terragrunt modules and a self-service module registry.
Improve observability with Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Datadog, and VictoriaLogs/VictoriaMetrics; define useful dashboards, SLOs, and alerting.
Evaluate Crossplane, contribute to developer portal strategy, and implement policy-as-code guardrails across Kubernetes and CI/CD.
Build self-service tooling and documentation, partner with product engineering teams, and measure platform outcomes such as build time, queue time, and self-service adoption.
