Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles driving technical project leadership in an enterprise setting.
- Background in enterprise healthcare systems, digital consumer payments or backend payment processing, enterprise system integrations, or an Electronic Health Record company.
- Comfort working with data structures, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong analytical capabilities and high proficiency in SQL.
- Python and API integration experience are preferred.
- Ability to lead outcomes-focused client conversations credibly.
- Experience communicating clear technical and business requirements to engineering.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and operational discovery with clients to define requirements, dependencies, and implementation risks.
- Translate client data structures and file formats into Cedar’s infrastructure, schemas, and integration design.
- Lead data validation and UAT to identify root causes and resolve data mismatches, transformation issues, and load failures.
- Confirm solutions perform as expected across data quality, access, functionality, and performance.
- Explain technical concepts involving networking, security, change approval processes, user authentication, and technical reviews to technical and operational stakeholders.
- Manage complex, multi-threaded projects and communicate progress against goals and milestones.
- Represent customer needs to engineering teams, account management, and product managers.
- Make sound tradeoff decisions across concurrent workstreams and ambiguous technical and operational workflows.
- Use AI and emerging technologies to support analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and execution while maintaining judgment and accuracy.
