Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.
- Have expertise in Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
- Support Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Work with Azure Active Directory, identity services, user accounts, permissions, and licensing.
- Support Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access policies, and endpoint management solutions.
- Support Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Apply security standards, data protection requirements, and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Azure Active Directory.
- Assist with the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of modern workplace solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, licensing, and identity services.
- Troubleshoot collaboration platforms, productivity tools, device management, and cloud services.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, access management, and device setup.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access policies, and endpoint management solutions.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 environment health, performance, and security, and address issues proactively.
- Support deployment, configuration, and adoption of Power Platform solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams on service improvements.
- Lead knowledge transfer and workshops, mentor junior engineers, and serve as a technical lead and escalation point for Microsoft 365 topics.
