Hold a diploma in Computer Science or a relevant field.
Have 15+ years of experience in .NET development.
Have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Have 5+ years of experience on an enterprise SaaS development team.
Have experience with ERP product development.
Have hands-on day-to-day experience with AI-assisted or agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
Have hands-on experience implementing backend and frontend unit and integration tests.
Have hands-on experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Have hands-on experience with containerized applications.
Demonstrate effective interaction with senior management and experience creating and managing product-driven standards.
Have strong English oral and written communication skills and a quality-focused, detail-oriented approach.

Evaluate technical designs against product standards.
Evaluate and recommend technologies and platforms for the product.
Define technical and coding standards and participate in code reviews.
Code complex solutions and prototypes, using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools.
Define and manage the product release process and document application architecture.
Deliver technical deep dives to solve complex problems and develop and execute ITDs.
Mentor and educate developers and provide feedback in line with product standards.
Work with other teams as the platform technical expert.
