Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
- Have professional experience working with U.S. law, a U.S.-based law firm, or U.S. legal matters.
- Have working knowledge of U.S. legal terminology, legal processes, and client intake procedures.
- Be familiar with CRM software, virtual communication tools, and scheduling applications.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email management systems, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Be able to organize and accurately document client information while maintaining confidentiality.
- Have a reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup.
- Be familiar with communicating through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- A bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in U.S. immigration law or another area of U.S. law is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for client calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
- Screen inquiries, identify client needs, schedule consultations, and guide prospective clients through intake.
- Build rapport, follow up on inquiries, and support lead conversion while meeting monthly sales and consultation targets.
- Manage calendars, inboxes, communications, and deadlines.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the management team.
- Maintain client records in CRM systems, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and intake progress.
- Apply knowledge of U.S. legal processes and terminology when communicating with clients and coordinating consultations.
- Identify and escalate inquiries requiring attorney review or legal guidance.
