Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Have a background in B2B event production.
- Have experience running at least one program in the B2B conferences or events space.
- Have sales or prospecting experience with C-level executives.
- Have experience with Canva.
- Be competent with technology and able to learn new software and applications.
- Be proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
Responsibilities
- Research and create conference content with industry experts and internal teams.
- Identify and contact delegates for speaking engagements.
- Create detailed programs with multiple sessions, keynote speakers, and curated content.
- Update conference agendas and digital assets.
- Maintain internal databases with updated information for each event.
- Negotiate speaker expenses within budget guidelines and ensure accuracy with the operations team.
- Support smooth on-site execution for speakers, session timings, and technical or logistical needs.
- Collaborate with the operations team on Event Operating Cadences to prepare for on-site success.
- Analyze past events to identify new opportunities.
