Requirements
- Have 3+ years of supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management experience.
- Bring CPG experience; it is preferred.
- Have expert proficiency in Excel.
- Have proficiency in Business Central 365.
- Have experience with forecasting models, inventory optimization, and SKU-level planning.
- Be able to manage multiple product lines in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Be able to coordinate across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop short- and long-term demand forecasts using sales forecasts and history, retailer programs, seasonal trends, and product lifecycle data.
- Partner with Vendors, Sales, Logistics, and Finance to align forecast assumptions and demand signals.
- Maintain SKU-level forecasting models across multiple brands and product categories.
- Monitor warehouse inventory and identify stockout, overstock, and supply-gap risks.
- Track inbound purchase orders and production schedules to support timely replenishment.
- Coordinate production, packaging, shipping, warehouse receipt, and customer delivery timelines.
- Create and maintain dashboards for SKU performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain reports and provide insights on product performance, slow movers, and demand trends.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance on retailer forecasts, promotions, launches, supply continuity, COGS, forecast variance, and purchasing budgets.
