Requirements
- Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with 3 years of direct clinical care to consumers in a clinical setting, or be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with the stated clinical practice to obtain the license.
- Maintain a current, valid, unrestricted license in the state of operations or reciprocity.
- For compact licensees changing permanent residence to the state of operations, obtain active, unrestricted RN licensure in that state within 90 days of hire.
- Have 3 years of wellness or managed care experience presenting clinical issues with members and physicians.
- Have knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace and employer trends.
- Have analytical experience, including medical data analysis.
- Be able and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Be proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have database and web-based application experience.
- Preferred: 3 years of clinical experience, patient education experience, condition management experience, transition of care experience, or experience managing complex or catastrophic cases.
- Preferred: Case Management, Training, Project Management, or nationally recognized health care certification.
- Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities

- Conduct health education programs for customers on government health care programs.
- Gather data for regulatory reports.
- Analyze data for regulatory reports.
- Provide data for regulatory reports.
- Represent the company to members.
